Multidisplays

...is available for download at Stumpfl's download site...in German...BUT interface, etc can be converted to English after installation -

Start the Demo version if you do not have the licence for v4 (like me!). Surprise! Now you can select which version you want to demo. I selected the Multidisplay version.

Ctrl+P (to get the Options page) > Globale Optionen > Arbeitsoberflache > Sprache drop down > and select Englisch.

OK and restart program and voila!!

Footnote:
You can install v4 alongside your older version(s). They will co-exist. But you need the latest redist version of Direct X 9...I installed the Aug 2009 redist version.
