Multidisplays

am using the following version of Wings Platinum:

License: Pro
Version: 3.50

I am trying to output EXE-presentation, where there is a short video (DV or wmv) on the front of the pictures. But my problem is: when I am looking exe-presentation, there is no video. (One screen / 1400x1050)

If the reason is that I have no VC Runtime in my computer (Vista Ultimate 64 bit / Radeon 2900 XT videocard with 500 MB memory), then the next problem is: I do not find it from the Platinum CD under Software (Could You tell me exact filename?).
Can I download it in the internet somewhere?

Update to the latest Platinum 3.6-version did not solve the problem.

There is anymore problems with videos in my exepresentations. I noticed the setting in window in the beginning of doing exe. I have to set the jack in the little box "Copy videofile in the destination folder". I had not seen that before, so I assume, that it game with 3.6 updateversion... or I am "blind", that's more than possible.
